At Neobnb, you own your data. If you choose to leave, we ensure the process is transparent and permanent.

Your privacy and data sovereignty are paramount. You can choose to either Deactivate or Permanently Delete your account.
Before You Go
📥 Download Your History: We recommend downloading your .JSON data archive for your personal records (tax receipts, lease history, etc.).
⏳ Active Obligations: You cannot delete your account if you have an active stay, an ongoing lease, or a pending real estate sale. Please conclude all transactions first.
Step 1: Understand the Impact
- Listings: All active listings in BNB, Rent, or Sell modes will be delisted immediately.
- Verified Status: You will lose your "Safe & Trusted" verified badge and history.
- Data Purge: All personal data, including chat history and location data, will be scrubbed.
- Reviews & Ratings: All reviews and ratings earned will be permanently removed.
Step 2: Pre-Conditions Check
You cannot delete your account if:
- You have an active stay or a booking confirmed in the next 7 days.
- You are currently in a Rent Mode lease (as a tenant or landlord).
- You have a pending financial payout or an unresolved dispute.
Step 3: The Deletion Process
Your account is immediately hidden from public view. You can still log in during the grace period.
You have 30 days to log back in and cancel the deletion request.
All personal identifiers are scrubbed from our systems permanently.
📋 Note: We retain financial transaction records for 7 years as required by global tax laws (GDPR, IRS regulations).
